Have you ever felt like you are not your body?
Perhaps you have some vague memories of experiences that occured outside of your current body.
Consciousness is something that will most likely never be fully understood.
I am not going to pretend to understand it.
However, I will share my personal take on it.
Let’s compare life to a video game.
When playing a video game you do not become the character, you are simply controlling the character.
A character in a video game does not exist outside of the game.
The one playing the game only exists outside of it.
Your body is a vehicle to traverse this three-dimensional realm.
Your brain acts as a receiver/transmitter.
It is impossible to know whether anyone else is conscious.
The same way it is impossible for you to prove to anyone that you are conscious.
It is possible that all of your perceived reality is generated solely by you.
Since everything outside of this three-dimensional reality is speculative let’s focus on the facts regarding this realm.
A healthy body is the only tool necessary for survival.
Humans are the apex predators.
Not through sheer power but a combination of physical ability, advanced intelligence and clear communication.
We are capable of creating specialized tools and strategizing to overcome any obstacle.

Most of your life you have probably been told how fragile your body is.
You have been told to wash and disinfect everything you touch.
You have been told that you need man-made “medicine” to heal.
You have been told to fear bacteria, especially in the food.
You have even been told to avoid the elements of nature, such as wind, rain and snow.
This is all done deliberately.
If everyone was aware of how robust, resilient and adaptable our bodies truly are, civilization as we know it would cease to exist.
Going against nature drains one’s life force and decays the body.
Modern humans have become addicted to comfort.
We are used to having food on demand instead of hunting.
We are used to traveling by car instead of hiking vast distances.
We are used to living in climate-controlled spaces instead of allowing our bodies to adapt.
Physical and mental health are equally important and interlinked.
One could argue that modern human lives are more comfortable than those of hunter-gatherers.
We have more free time for “more important” things.
Yet everyone seems to be lost and depressed, scrolling their life away on their handheld black mirror.
The longer we wait the weaker we become.
We must regain our divinity.
Before it’s too late.
